Meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Dale Furnish, president. There were no guests present.  Dale thanked everyone for a great picnic and a wonderful time.

OLD MINUTES:  A motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, as published, was made by Ed Rutledge and seconded by Willie Harms. Motion passed.

TREASURER’S REPORT – John Clark: John reported some money had been transferred from the checking account to a money market upon approval of the Board.  Donn Pattinson reported that he had made an estimated tax payment to the I. R. S.  A motion to accept the treasurer's report as given was made by Dale Halversen and seconded by Wendell Essley.  Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:  COMMITTEE REPORTS

REFRESHMENTS – Lisa Peters: Thanks to Jamie Hayes, Becky Swenson, Carla Toliver, and Angie Maris for refreshments tonight.  We have people signed up for October treats and we will have a potluck for November.  The coffee pots did not get returned from the picnic so there was no coffee.  Roger Domini has a coffee pot that he wishes to donate to the club.  Thank you Roger.

TOURS - Bob Long:

• Enterprise trip September 10, 2010. Meet at 8 a.m. at 32nd and Pines (Highway 27) in Albertsons parking lot.  Leave no later than 8:30 a.m.
• Fall Colors Tour - October 30, 2010.  Meet 8:30 a.m. in Safeway parking lot on Market Street, Spokane. This will also be our November meeting and potluck.
• East vs. West Vantage Flathead Run - September 18, 2010.  Meet at Antique Auto Ranch at 6:00 a.m. or go on your own.  You must be in Vantage by noon to be counted.
• Car Show and Free Bar B Que - September 18, 2010 at Bestland Retirement Home in Coeur d' Alene from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• St. George, Utah Western National Meet October 18, 2010.

SUNSHINE – Annette Long: A sympathy card was sent to Dick Gmeiner on the loss of his daughter.  A get well card was sent to Carol Langstaff.

CLUB SALES – Joann Davis: Joann reported she has a very low inventory on hand.  She can order anything that you would like.

WEBMASTER/NEWSLETTER - Becky Swenson: Will have the newsletter ready to go and will wait until after the Enterprise trip report to finish and send it out.
