DUTIES OF THE EARLY FORD
V8 CLUB REFRESHMENT HOSTESSES
1. Hostesses should be approximately one hour early to set up.
2. Two tables needed from conference room
a.
One table for coffee, tea, lemonade, cream, sugar, cups, spoons,
& ice (start coffee first!!!)
b. One table for snacks, plates, & napkins
3. Snack suggestions
a. Cheese & crackers
b. Chips & dip
c. Veggies & dip
d. Cookies, cake, brownies
4. After the meeting, the hostesses need to do all of the following:
a. Empty all garbage
b. Clean coffee pots
c. Return tables to conference room
d. Return remaining plates & condiments back to totes
e. Sweep floor
5. We need four volunteers each of the following months
a. Jan, March, April, May, June, July, September, October
b. If you are unable to attend the month you are signed up for, please find a replacement
6. Club will furnish coffee, ice tea, lemonade, plates, plastic ware, & ice; members will furnish all the delicious creations
